Elad brings more than 25 years of international healthcare experience, with senior leadership roles spanning strategy, business development, and company growth. He has worked with publicly traded corporations, start-ups, and scale-ups across the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare services, and digital health sectors.

Elad serves as a Strategic Advisor to CBG (UK) and Chairman of the UK-Israel HealthTech Forum. He is the former President of AposTherapy and serves on the boards of several companies.

His strategic perspective, industry knowledge, and experience guiding healthcare companies through different stages of growth will be highly valuable as Pylon advances toward its first-in-human study and enters its next phase of development.
